1. Trial Period: Your first three mock exams are considered a trial period. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the mock exams within the trial period, you may request a refund. Refunds will be granted provided that:

   • The request is made within 60 days of the initial purchase.
   • You have not attempted more than three mock exams during the trial period. 

2. No Refunds After 60 Days: Refunds will not be issued for any purchases made more than 60 days prior to the refund request.

3. No Refunds After Three Mock Exams: Once you have attempted more than three mock exams, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you are within the 60-day trial period.

4. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase duplicate mock exams, you may request a refund for the duplicate purchase.
