We offer 5 additional tests that contain only Reading and Listening exercises, i.e. no Writing or Speaking.
You can take each test as many times as you need! There are no limits, so you can practice as often as you like to improve your skills and confidence.
The real YKI test is paper-based, i.e. you don't get to enter your answers on a computer screen. Our Reading and Listening simulations are limited to Multiple Choice Question format, i.e. we do not offer questions in "open format", where you freely write your answer. However, this kind of questions is usually included in the official test. Our Listening component does not stop you from listening to the audio file as many times as you wish. In real life, you will hear it only twice. If you wish to get as close as possible to a YKI simulation, do not play the audio file more than twice. In the writing component, we will give you three topics to write about. In the real test, you would normally be able to choose your essay topic between two options.
In the official test, one part of the Speaking component involves a short dialogue where you respond to multiple spoken prompts. In our program, we’ve replaced this with an extended monologue task to give you more speaking time and help you build fluency. While it's not identical to the test format, it still strengthens the same core skills.
